Shipping policy

  • We offer free shipping for all orders delivered in India.
  • Most orders are delivered minimum 3-5 and maximum 8-10 business days (Exceptions include customizations, bulk orders per agreed timelines and natural calamities). Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays.
  • International Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Kindly make sure that you provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help in delivering your order faster.
  • International shipping is borne by the client.
  • We ship throughout the week, except Sundays and Public holidays. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via India Post.
  • For Pre-order, we will need at least 10-15 days to dispatch the order.
  • We strive to support our clients with status updates and tracking details and make sure the packages arrive on time and as soon as possible. Having said that we have no control over the delays caused by the delivery partners and courier companies. We request our clients to be patient in such cases as it might take a little longer than the suggested timeline.
  • For international orders, the delivery may take more than the usual time specified above.
  • Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
  • Once the product is shipped, you will receive an update on your email and  WhatsApp number or a message on your phone number with the tracking details.
  • Any import duties, customs duties, or taxes in relation to the shipment that may be liable in the country of final delivery will be borne by the customer.
