Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
  • For any urgent concern, reach out to taap.artisans@gmail.com or +91 6377404179 (WhatsApp / Call). We’ll try our best to accommodate your request, though cancellation is not guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds

We take utmost care to ensure every item reaches you in perfect condition. Since each Taap piece is crafted with love, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged/defective product:

  • Please notify us within 2 days of delivery at taap.artisans@gmail.com  or WhatsApp us at +91 6377404179.
  • Keep the original tags intact and do not use or wash the item.
  • Share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue within 2 day of delivery. Videos must be unedited and authentic. Edited or suspicious videos will not be accepted.
  • Once validated, we will offer a replacement, exchange for another product of the same value, or a refund within 7–10 working days of receiving the returned item.


Please note:

  • Returns must be sent via a registered courier service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
  • We do not arrange for return pick up, and the return cost is to be borne by the customer. Shipping costs for returns (in case of accepted damaged/defective returns) are to be borne by the customer.
  • Used or washed items are not eligible for return/refund/exchange.
  • Although we offer free shipping across India, a minimum deduction of Rs 70 will be made from the product price for returns and exchanges to cover our logistics costs.
  • International Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before its returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
  • In case of failure to deliver due to incorrect details, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more information.
  • In case your return is approved, kindly send the product packed properly to the address mentioned on the parcel.


Promotions & Sale Items

  • Products purchased at discounted prices or during sale events are final sale—not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  • No additional coupons or promotions apply to discounted items.
  • Discount validity is subject to stock availability and may change without notice.
